An example of a data-driven website that uses third party integration is the technical support portal for AECS. This database driven website allows AECS to register customers who have taken part in their training courses to that they can post technical support questions.
Technical support discussions can be viewed and searched by other customers who may have similar problems. As the amount of technical support cases grows, so does AECS knowledgebase for future support and desiging training courses.
This website also uses Google Calendar integration to allow AECS staff and customers to easily synchronize the online training calendar to their Googe devices.
